Program Title: Terra Informa - Season 8, Episode 46 - International Environmental Summits
Description: Today we take a look at international environmental summits. There are quite a few of them, from the Earth Summit to the UN Climate Change Conferences, but with some pretty spectacular failures in recent years, are they still worth holding? We’ll also explore the causes of our steadily rising food prices. Over the past few years you may have noticed supermarket prices steadily creeping upwards, but in developing countries where food consumes an enormous portion of people’s incomes, for many it has become a daily struggle just to eat.
Host(s): Steve Andersen
