Description: One of the best-loved restaurants in Montreal is called Joe Beef. It takes its name from an infamous wateringhole in old Montreal, but the new incarnation features an oyster bar, a terrace over a vegetable garden which supplies the restaurant and pub-like companion restaurant just down the street. On any given night you might find Quebec's premier sitting at the bar beside a couple of members of the Montreal Canadiens. The two founders of Joe Beef, Frédéric Morin and David McMillan have now published a book “The Art of Living According to Joe Beef”.
