Program Title: Endeavours - Campaign to End Violence Against Women
Description: Terri-Jean bedford (Madame De Sade) is arguably Canada's most famous dominatrix. She gained fame in 1994 when her brothel was raided by police. After subsequently being charged with a felony, she has been fighting for the rights of sex-workers ever since, and is currently the lead plaintiff in an Ontario court case to legalize prostitution.
Libby Davies has been the NDP MP for Vancouver East since 1997 and is one of the party's two deputy leaders, as well as the critic for social housing. She talks about women in public office and comments on the RCMP sexual harassment scandal.
