Description: On this weeks show we speak to Kim Pate who is the executive director of the Canadian Association of Elizabeth Fry Societies. This umbrella organization advocates for women and girls in the justice system in Canada. She speaks about the human rights violations in the women's criminal justice system, how the system targets aboriginal unfairly targets aboriginal women from cradle to death and what she things are some solutions to this terrible injustice.

We also have a short interview with Dr. Michael Geist, Dr. Michael Geist is a law professor at the University of Ottawa where he holds the Canada Research Chair in Internet and E-commerce Law. Dr. Geist is an internationally syndicated columnist on technology law issues with his regular column appearing in the Toronto Star and the Ottawa. He speaks to us about new trade agreements being signed by the Canadian government behind closed doors that would change Canadian IP laws (Intellectual Property)and what we need to do to resist as Canadians.
