Program Title: Endeavours - Are Bicycle Helmets Safe
Description: Mikael Colville-Andersen is an urban mobility specialist originally from Calgary, Alberta. He has been called Denmark's cycling ambassador and is owner of the blogs Cycle Chic and Copenhagenize. He has also criticized the promotion of the bicycle helmet, saying that science is split 50/50 on this issue. He currently lives in Copenhagen.
Jasmin Glaesser is 19 year old Computer Science major at SFU, who won a bronze medal at the 2012 Olympics in cycling as part of the team pursuit. Born in Germany, she did even receive her Canadian citizenship until last year, and had only been biking for two years previous to that. She lives in Coquitlam.
Die Roten Punkte are comprised of siblings Astrid & Otto Rot, two musicians of questionable German authenticity. Darlings of the Fringe Festival circuit, their fans have accused them of selling out with their latest album "EuroSmash", which appears to be much more mainstream then their previous art rock fare. It is unclear whether their parents were hit by train or mauled by a lion. the siblings can never agree on this point.
