Description: Stephen Gaetz is a professor at York University as well as the president of the Canadian Homelessness Research Network. He was a researcher and lead author on the first nation-wide study on the Homelessness titled "The State of Homelessness in Canada 2013".
Jeremy Mathis, from Denver, Colorado, is parent to six-year Coy, who is transgendered. Denied basic rights and told she had to use to the boy's washroom, Mathis and his wife filed a human rights complaint against the school board. The verdict came back and sided with Mathis and his family, in accordance with Colorado State law. He tells his story.
Alex Cuba is a Cuban-Canadian musician - currently living in Smithers. His latest album is "Static in the System"
