Description: The first half of this weeks show features an interview by regular volunteer Trisha House, she interviews local cardiologist Elizabeth Swiggum about her work, family and passion for running.

The second half of the show is an interview by Marguerite Heyns CAPI alumni from Uvic. She interviews Mowmita Basak from the Center for Leadership Assistance and Promotion (CLAP) in Chittagong, Bangladesh. The organization works with marginalized communities, particularly the Hijra community who are third gender individuals living in Bangladesh, providing leadership and transferable skills training to members of the community.
