Margaret Kimberley, senior editor and columnist with Black Agenda Report, takes an honest look at the realities facing the majority of Black South africans in the post- apartheid era, and the compromises made by Mandela upon his release from jail.
Professor Eliakim Sibanda, originally from Zimbabwe, is a past member of the anti-apartheid movement and currently serves as Chair of the University of Winnipeg History Department. He examines comparisons between the black liberation struggles in Zimbabwe and in South Africa as well as the problems with the Truth and Reconciliation process in SOuth Africa that Mandela championed.
