University of Winnipeg President Lloyd Axworthy, himself a former Canadian Foreign affairs Minister and widely sought after commentator on international issues expresses his views about the direction Ukrainian democracy is taking and the threats posed by Russian President Putin, as he sees it.
He is joined by fellow UW Administrator Bill Balan who went with him to Ukraine on a fact-finding mission under the auspices of the Washington-based National Democracy Institute.
Rick Rozoff, an anti-war activist, administrator of the STOP NATO website and frequent interview guest, expresses a very different perspective on whether Russia or the West poses the greater threat to the Ukrainian population and the free world.
