Description: Severn Cullis-Suzuki is a fourth generation Japanese-Canadian environmentalist and the daughter of renowned conservationist and TV host David Suzuki. In October, she teams up with recent Polaris Award-winning musician Tanya Tagaq on a new initiative and night of music and sustainability conversations. The event takes place at The Chan Centre For the Performing Arts at UBC.
Chad Rook is an actor, writer, and director who is guest-starring on the Pilot Episode of new TV Series "The Flash", a re-imagining of legendary comic book superhero "Flash Gordon". He is also starting production on his directorial debut, which he also co-wrote and stars in.
The Orwells are a punk band from Chicago. Their second full-length album "Disgraceland" is out now
