Dane Wigington has an extensive background in the field of solar energy, a licensed contractor and a former employee of Bechtel. The founder of the information site geoengineeringwatch.org addresses what he believes to be one of the greatest if not the greatest immediate threat facing the planet, namely the impacts of weather modification on human health and on the ecosystem.
