You will hear what the latest trends are in health. Hear interviews on topics ranging from Arthritis to Alzheimers as well as from Electromagnetic radiation to Nutrition. Each week is a different topic that challenges you to learn more about your body and how you can feel better.

While the topics are timeless, the 'Health News' at the start of segment one can become outdated quite quickly. Edit it out if you're airing more than three months after original air date.

Segment four ends with a reference about local 'Health Happenings' after the break. You can add your local 'Health Happenings', or simply edit out the reference.

Here is the standard format for the show;

segment one - about 14 minutes
break #1 - one minute
segment two - about 14 minutes
break #2 - two minutes
segment three - about 14 minutes
break #3 - one minute
segment four - about 12 minutes

this leaves about three minutes at the end for a break and local 'Health Happenings' (if you so choose).

A pre-produced, localized outro will be provided for those want to utilize one.
