Program Title: WINGS #44-16 Reparations in Kenya
Description: Following 2007-8 post-election violence, the Kenyan government established a Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission to review ethnic and political violence from 1963 to 2008. Reparations for military sexual violence were proposed, but many victims still lack help. Human Rights Watch is calling for completion of reparations before the 2017 elections.
