Description: Over 60 years ago, the Commission of Government opened up over 12,000 hectares of land for agriculture in the Cormack area of NL. This show, we visit two farmers who are part of the vibrant group of folks who still farm in that area. We spend time with Nathan Dennis, who has free-run eggs, pork, lamb, beef and root crops, as well as Melvin Rideout, of Rideout Farms, who has his root crops and other vegetables in stores throughout Newfoundland.
