Program Title: WINGS #44-19 NGOs Lobby UN Commission on the Status of Women
Description: n 2019, the UN Commission on the Status of Women took up the issue of Social Protection. The day before the Commission started its work, a large gathering of women from civil society organizations gathered to hear what Social Protection means and what it could mean for women's equality. The program was opened with drumming and satirical singing from the Brazilian women's drum corps Paprika.
