I have tongue-twisting Welsh tunes, ballads of death in action, not your grandparents' version of 'Star of the County Down,' the Holy Ghost's role as a building inspector, heavy metal Irish trad, tear-stained Scottish patriotism, warm Yukon tales from a cold land, sprightly Quebec tunes of woolgathering, sinewy Scottish fiddling, celtic swamp-fusion from letting a bagpiper loose in New Orleans, and new material from UK strident art-folk band "Stick in the Wheel." As I said, a ramble....
