Program Title: Fit to Eat: the NL Farm and Food Show, Season 2 Episode 1
Description: To start the second season of "Fit to Eat: the NL Farm and Food Show" we head to a goat dairy in Cormack, NL. Sometimes when we see a new food product on the shelves, we may have no idea of the years of work (and risk) that went behind making it available. We visit with the folks at Eighth Day Acres, who give us some background into what it takes to become the largest commercial goat cheese dairy in Newfoundland and Labrador. Well, it's the only one at the moment, but let's hope that it is the first of many. Join me as I chat with Bill and Karen Bennett.
