Description: On this episode, we pay homage to Dr. Kelly Russell. This multi-talented man recently received an honorary doctorate from Memorial University of Newfoundland & Labrador. We also spin a few Bruce Cockburn-related tracks. Cockburn was recently honoured with a star in Canada’s Walk of Fame.

Plus we remember The Rolling Stones’ drummer, Charlie Watts, who passed away a short time ago. We remember him and spin a couple of Stones’ covers by The Du-cats and The Prince of Darkness. Likewise, we reflect on Don Everly of The Everly Brothers who passed away a few months ago. We do that by spinning Everly Brothers’ covers by Dick Nolan & Marlene Beaudry, and by Harvey Bishop.

And we welcome new listeners to the program in Southern Alberta. They now catch the show on CKXU in Lethbridge Alberta. It’s great to have Albertans on board with us!
