Description: The Glycemic Index and it's impact on Diabetic is discussed. This being Diabetes Awareness Month, we are focusing on how to do something about the growing increase in type 2 diabetes diagnoses. There are currently over 22 million diagnosed diabetics in North America. There are 73.3 million people at high risk. We can change this trend by getting the diet right.
