Program Title: Single transferable vote: Potential impacts on social issues
Description: This year’s B.C. provincial election will include a referendum on whether or not B.C. citizens want to adopt a new electoral system based on the concept of a “single transferable vote�. In our first look at the upcoming provincial election in May, we revisit the “STV� and look at how its adoption might affect social policy and social issues.
