Description: In 2009, the villagers of Bil'in launched a lawsuit against two Canadian companies. The lawsuit was ultimately dismissed by the judge, claiming that the allegations of the villagers should be heard by the Supreme Court of Israel. Having launched an appeal to the decision, the villagers Bil'in are hopeful that they will receive what is rightfully theirs.
Mark Arnold hosts a question and answer. Emily Schaffer speaks about the (il)legal aspects and history of the settlements. Finally, Amy Darwish talks about the popular resistance conference in Bil'in last April.
